The details of this 26,000-square-foot, 23-bedroom fortress reflect the pride 300 tradesmen took in bringing the vision of 22 architects to fruition. From the hand-planned doors with unique hinges custom-made by the resident blacksmith, to the 30 fireplaces of Lake Superior stone -- some hand-selected by Mrs. Kaufman, to the Native American mosaics, paintings and relics that serve as a testament to our Country's early people, visitors could spend days exploring Granot Loma's exquisite attributes.
